BREWING BEER
SINCE 2006
We started life as a traditional cask beer brewery with open-top fermenters. After 16 years we decided to build a state-of-the-art brewery and refresh our brand.....
TAPROOM
We built a Taproom so we could be closer to the community and see how our beer is being enjoyed in real-time. Our Pilot Kit will give us the ability to host special tasting events to extract some intuitive feedback from the wider community.
NEW BREWERY
We bought a porperty, installed drainage, laid flooring, built a taproom and commissioned new brewing equipment. All while covid 19 ravaged our economy. We made it... just.
SUSTAINABILITY
We drilled down to get 100% authentic Bristol water. We installed solar to offset our carbon footprint. All waste produced at the brewery is put back into the ecosystem through either cattle feed or fertilizer.
OUR GOAL
We are striving to be a great employer and a great place to work. We want to produce all types of beer that are as good as the best in their class.
We want to give back to the community as much as we can, we want to unite people in taste. Most importantly, we want people to have fun.
The new equipment was a huge improvement on the previous. The steam heating was more efficient, the capacity was 1000L more and the mash tun empties itself!
EQUIPMENT
Our equipment has been custom-made for us. It has allowed us to ability to plan and create all the styles of beers we had only dreamt about at our previous location.
SPOTLIGHT
BLOODY
NORA
Light Maris Otter and Pale chocolate in the mash give the golden-orange colour. Orange peel in the whirlpool creates a subtle pithy bitterness. Idaho 7, Citra and Simcoe added at various stages during fermentation layer in tropical Orange-Citrus flavours. Bloody lovely!
GOLD Winner at the 2023 National Beer X Awards.
