HOPS
Magnum , Sovereign, East Kent Golding
Crystal and chocolate malts in the mash impart nutty, caramel, and chocolate flavors. Magnum hops in the boil add a clean, soft bitterness that is balanced by the sweetness of dark muscovado sugar. Sovereign hops in the whirlpool contribute subtle orchard fruit and floral notes, creating a well-rounded bittersweet finish.
MALTS
On her 63rd birthday, October 24, 1901, Annie Edison Taylor became the first person to survive a trip over Niagara Falls in a wooden barrel. The 50-meter-high falls pass 2 million litres of water per second, and the Great Lakes hold 20% of the world's fresh water.
